Know who is coming, and when.
Your pharmacy arranges the infusion; VeinFusion is how you see it happening. Your schedule, your nurse's arrival, a way to ask a question — without handing your phone number to a stranger.
If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. This app is not monitored for emergencies.
Shared with your nurse, not with the network.
Before a nurse confirms your visit, they see the type of visit and the general area — not your name or address. Those details are revealed only to the nurse who is actually coming.
Questions people ask
- Do I pay VeinFusion? No. Your pharmacy arranges and bills for your care.
- Can I choose my nurse? Not directly — but every nurse is credentialed for your visit type before they can accept it.
- Will they have my number? No. Messages and calls go through the app.
- Can I delete my data? You can request it. Some records are retained where law requires.
