For physicians

Sign off on what you can actually see.

The queue hands you the visit as it was documented — checklist, exceptions, signatures, times — before it asks for your signature. Where a telehealth review is warranted, you run it from the same screen.

Licensure

The queue respects where you are licensed.

A visit only enters your queue if you hold an active licence in the state it happened in. That is checked when the queue is built — not raised as an error after you have read the chart.

Review the record, then decide.

The point of the queue is that the clinical question is the only thing left to answer by the time it reaches you.
