Acceptable Use Policy
These rules keep the Platform safe for patients and fair for professionals. Using the Platform, you agree not to:
1. Clinical and safety rules
- Accept or perform work outside the scope of your license, certification, or verified competencies.
- Falsify visit documentation, signatures, timestamps, credentials, or identity.
- Solicit patients, pharmacies, or nurses to transact off-platform to circumvent coordination, documentation, or fees ("off-platform steering").
- Contact patients outside the masked in-app channels except where clinically necessary and permitted.
2. Platform integrity
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without written authorization; interfere with service to any user.
- Access data or accounts beyond what your role authorizes, or attempt to defeat the role-isolation controls.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data; reverse engineer the apps; or use the Platform to build a competing dataset.
- Upload malware or content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes others' rights.
3. Payments
- No fraudulent billing, kickbacks, fee manipulation, or misrepresentation of services performed.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, withhold payouts tied to fraudulent activity as permitted by the applicable agreement, and report unlawful conduct to licensing boards or law enforcement. Report violations to legal@veinfusion.com.
